Description
Shikakai powder is ideal as a treatment for seborrheic scalps. Given the high presence of saponins, it gently cleanses making the hair vital and shiny. In Ayurvedic medicine it is considered a very effective treatment to counteract excessive hair loss. Thanks to its astringent properties it can be used on the face and skin. Recommended in the presence of psoriasis and eczema.
How to use:
ON THE HAIR: Mix the required quantity of powder with hot water, until you obtain a not too thick batter. Apply to slightly cleansed and slightly damp hair. Wrap with food film or aluminum foil and leave on for between 15 and 30 minutes. After the set time, rinse and proceed with normal drying. Recommended for use with Sebum-Balancing Pack, Fenugreek or Neutral Henna.
ON THE FACE: Mix the powder with hot water, until you get a not too thick batter. Apply to cleansed face avoiding the eye contour area. After laying for 10/15 minutes, rinse with warm water. A skin tolerance test on the forearm is recommended before applying to the face.
