Amla in Polvere (Emlica Officinalis) – Tea Natura

Amla powder, rich in vitamin C, is one of the most used remedies in Ayurvedic Medicine due to its antioxidant characteristics. Applied to hair, scalp and skin, it has a nourishing and restorative effect. 

On hair: rejuvenates, repairs and strengthens damaged hair, helping its growth and making it voluminous, smooth and soft. Prevents split ends, strengthening and nourishing the roots. If applied regularly it prevents graying of the hair thanks to its slightly darkening property.

On Face and Body: Indicated for cleansing the face and body, even on sensitive and acne-prone skin, it prevents inflammation and reduces pores.

How to use:

• Capelli: mescolare in una ciotola la quantità necessaria di Amla con acqua calda fino a formare una pasta cremosa e far riposare per 15 – 20 minuti. Applicare la miscela fino a coprire capelli e cuoio capelluto e lasciarla agire per 45/60 minuti. Risciacquare solo con acqua per ottenere brillantezza e lucentezza dei capelli

• Viso e corpo: Mescolare in una ciotola la quantità necessaria con acqua tiepida ed applicarla per 1 – 15 minuti senza fala seccare. Togliere delicatamente la maschera, risciacquare ed applicare una crema idratante.
