Pastello labbra Flow – Neve Cosmetics

Pastello Lipcolor combines the intensity of a lipstick with the precision of a pencil. Vegan formula based on precious vegetable oils and waxes. Use it both to define the contour of the lips and to fill the entire surface with full, opaque and comfortable colour.

Saturated dark imperial magenta with a very long-lasting velvety finish. The characteristic of Flow is the extreme pigmentation which makes it to all intents and purposes a tint for lips: applied and removed after a few minutes with a tissue, it will leave the lips tinted with a delicious raspberry fuchsia.

Apply Pastello Lipcolor with a tip to precisely trace the edge of the lips, with a cut to fill the lips with full, creamy colour.
You smile!
Pastello Lipcolor is a real lipstick, but you can also use it as a normal lip pencil.
