Description
Murumuru Butter is obtained from the seeds of the Astrocaryum Murumuru palm, native to the Amazonian areas of South America, particularly in northern Brazil. It is a soft white/yellow butter with a slight earthy and sour aroma reminiscent of hazelnut. Murumuru butter is considered a real elixir for deeply nourishing dull, wasted, dry and damaged hair from the sun, sea, swimming pool, pollution and atmospheric agents. Thanks to its composition, rich in vitamins A and F, it is non-greasy, moisturizes and restructures the hair.
Appreciated by curly and frizzy hair, but also recommended for hair that is oily at the base and dry at the ends. Murumuru butter can be used as a color fixing mask, for pre-shampoo restructuring wraps or as a defining balm. It can also be added to after-sun cream to maintain a tan and obtain hydrated and elastic skin. In fact, in addition to being a powerful skin repairer, it has a film-forming action, i.e. it helps the skin not to become dehydrated, by retaining water through a protective film it creates on the skin; this makes it a great product for dry and damaged skin.
How to use:
As a restructuring pack to be applied to damp and clean hair, distributing a spoonful of Murumuru butter from the roots to the lengths, to be left on for at least 20 minutes. If you use it to fix the color of dyed hair, you will need to apply it at least 4 days before dyeing and then once a week. It is also possible to add Essential Oils or Elixirs for a synergistic and personalized effect. To use the butter as a leave-in conditioner, distribute a little product with your fingers or with the help of a comb for a detangling and taming effect.
