The formula of this eye pencil contains organic and natural extracts in respect of the delicate eye area. Its active ingredients make it rich, creamy and hyper-pigmented.
Thanks to its versatility, the Couleur Caramel eye pencil allows you to define a simple and elegant line, but also to create smokey eyes.
How to use:
- The eye pencil can be applied in different ways depending on the effect you want to obtain.
- Basically use a dark pencil around the eyes to enlarge the gaze; inside to intensify it. Instead, apply a light shade to the inside of the eye to enlarge it.
