Sit on a rug or blanket with your legs stretched out in front of you. Exhaling, bend forward from the pelvis until you touch the big toes (or the ankles or legs), keeping the legs straight. On an inhale come back up to a sitting position with spine and neck straight. Continue this movement slowly and carefully for 1-3 minutes. Breathing during exercise is long and deep. Preparation:
Pour 250ml of boiling water over the filter. Steep 5 to 6 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor
