Melatonin, Griffonia and vitamin B12 are mainly active on the first action. In particular, melatonin is the hormone directly involved in the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle, since it is endogenously synthesized in the dark phase precisely to induce sleep.
Valerian, Tiglio and Escolzia perform a sedative and calming action, allowing to decrease the time of falling asleep and to maintain a prolonged sleep without night awakenings. Passion flower and lemon balm mainly have a calming and anxiolytic action, promoting sleep in case of stress or anxiety.
How to use:
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking one capsule of the product containing 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.
