Simple yoga for longevity
Lie on your back. Stretch your legs over your head and holding your big toes firmly in your hands gently cradle yourself on your back. If you can't hold your big toes you can try holding your ankles or knees. Synchronize the breath with the movement. Continue for 3 minutes.
Preparation:
Pour 250ml of boiling water over the filter. Infuse 5 to 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor.

Detox Ingredients: Licorice* (26%), cinnamon* (17%), burdock root*, ginger*, dandelion* (7%), fennel*, anise* (3%), juniper berries*, coriander*, cardamom*, black pepper*, parsley*, officinal sage*, cloves*, turmeric*. Contains licorice – avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.
Turmeric Chai Ingredients: Turmeric* (55%), cinnamon* (14%), licorice*, ginger* (7%), cardamom* (3%), black pepper*, apple*, fennel*, mace*, cocoa peel*, cloves*.
Women's Balance Ingredients: Raspberry leaves* (35%), licorice*, lemon verbena* (13%), cinnamon*, lemon balm*, ginger*, thyme*, lavender flowers*, oregano*, cardamom*, black pepper*, cloves*. Contains licorice – avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.
