Advice:
Use the light color to draw the shape of the eyebrow, with small strokes add definition with the darker color focusing on the empty areas, then comb the eyebrows outwards with the brush. By holding the pencil away from the lead you will be able to create precise but extremely light and modulated strokes. Keeping the lead parallel to the skin rather than perpendicular helps to have more control over the design of the eyebrows and to keep the tip longer. Changing even a little the thickness or the curve of the brow arch can completely change the physiognomy: experiment with the shape of the brows adapting it to your look.
