Mango Butter 50ml – Le Erbe di Janas

The mango is a fruit tree native to India and Burma. A white, odorless butter with a very soft consistency at room temperature is extracted from the seed of its fruit.

Mango butter contains fatty acids which make it ideal for the care of damaged, frizzy and brittle hair. Creates a protective barrier on the hair, makes it shiny and prevents split ends. It is particularly suitable for dry, brittle, damaged, brittle and lackluster hair and is used to prepare masks to be applied to dry hair at the ends.

Mango butter has anti-inflammatory properties capable of improving the skin's barrier function and microcirculation, inhibiting skin aging and protecting against the action of the sun's rays. It also has an emollient action, therefore it helps keep the skin hydrated, smooth and silky, regenerating and antioxidant, in fact it protects the skin from premature aging.

At room temperature, Mango butter is solid, but it is sufficient to heat it slightly to be able to use it in synergy with vegetable oils or essential oils, thus preparing a customized body balm. In the preparation of personalized cosmetics it is an excellent natural thickener.

How to use:

On the skin, apply a little product and spread gently until completely absorbed. As a restructuring and protective compress to be applied to damp and clean hair, distributing a spoonful of Mango butter from the roots to the lengths, to be left on for at least 20 minutes. Particularly suitable for curly, dry hair or with ends damaged by the sun or by overly aggressive treatments, such as the use of a straightener. It is also possible to add Essential Oils or Elixirs for a synergistic and personalized effect; it can possibly be mixed with Castor oil to apply it on really dry hair. To use the butter as a leave-in conditioner, distribute a little product with your fingers or with the help of a comb for a detangling and taming effect.
