Description
Moringa is an Indian plant of the Moringaceae family that reaches 10 meters in height and needs very little water to survive.
In addition to the very high content of Omega 3, 6 and 9, vitamins and mineral salts, today it is the only plant that contains all amino acids, including the essential ones. For this reason it is called Superfood and is of great interest in combating malnutrition in the poorest areas of the world.
HOW TO USE: Mix the powder with hot water until you get the consistency of a yogurt. Add any other Herbs or Clays for a synergistic effect. Cover the container and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
Hair: Ideal for fine and fragile hair, it stimulates growth and stops hair loss. Useful against dandruff and to treat oily hair. Purifies the scalp and makes the skin fresh and clean.
Apply the paste to dry or slightly damp scalp, massaging with light circular movements. Also apply on the lengths. Keep on for 20 to 50 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and, if necessary, make a light and diluted shampoo.
For its purifying action, it can be added to powder shampoos prepared with Herbs or Ghassoul.
Skin: Its antioxidant action makes it an excellent anti-aging treatment, to keep the skin elastic and prevent wrinkles. It makes the skin soft and luminous, keeps it hydrated and protects it from sun damage.
Also useful in case of impure skin and acne, thanks to the high vitamin C content which has astringent and detox effects. As a face mask it can be used pure or mixed with clays or other herbs. The processing time is 10-15 minutes. Do not apply on the eye contour and do not let the mask dry, but keep it moist by dispensing water or aromatic waters on the skin.
HISTORY and CURIOSITIES: Grazie alla sua elevata capacità di sopravvivenza anche in condizioni proibitive, l’albero di Moringa è chiamato Nebedies, che significa “che non muore mai”.
