Oil 31 Krauterol – Bio Essenze

BioEssenze Oil 31 is an exceptional herbal product made up of 31 essential oils extracted from selected medicinal plants.

It does not contain alcohol, is non-greasy, dries immediately and is used in very small doses.

• Neck pain and headache: it is widely used to relieve and prevent neck pain, by applying a few drops on the neck area, making the oil absorb by means of short circular massages. E' also used to relieve headaches, massaging 2-3 drops on the temples and neck.
• Cough and sore throat: in case of cough or sore throat it can be used as an aerosol solution, by inhalation. A few drops can be massaged on the chest to help dissolve the mucus that causes bronchitis. By applying 2 drops under the nostrils, it helps to clear the airways. 
• Hair: helps eliminate dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, caused by excess sebum produced by irritated scalp. The advice is to pour a few drops directly into the natural shampoo or with the help of a shampoo dispenser. As an alternative, massage pure 31 oil on the scalp, thus helping to rebalance the scalp and also eliminating itching.
• Feet: Helps relieve swollen and tired feet by foot baths with a solution of oil 31 and water. 
• Anti-aging: it is an excellent anti-aging oil for the skin of the face, it helps to reduce and counteract the first signs of aging on the skin by applying 2 or 3 drops of oil 31 on the face through short circular massages. It does not leave the skin greasy as the oil absorbs quickly.
• Body well-being: it helps to relax muscle tone and eliminate stress and tension when used as a massage oil, as well as being aromatherapeutic while performing a massage, also giving relief to the mind. E' highly recommended during sports massage sessions to prevent injuries and relax muscle tone or as a relaxing sports oil after activity.

Body: to take care of your body 2-4 drops rubbed on the chest and other parts of the body will give relaxation and freshness; 4-5 drops on the forehead, temples and scalp will have a stimulating and refreshing effect; after shaving 2 drops on the face will tone the skin; before or after sporting activity, massage a few drops on the arms, legs and feet, in case of muscle and joint pain, massage the affected area with pure oil or diluted with another carrier oil.

Face: apply a few drops, 2 or 3, on the skin of the face and neck, with the help of a light circulatory massage which will favor its absorption

Inhalation: use up to 10 drops per liter of water, it is also possible to pour a few drops on a handkerchief or on the palm of the hand and inhale through the nose with the mouth closed. We also recommend the use via aerosol by pouring a few drops diluted in water as a solution to be inhaled.

Hair: pour a few drops directly into the natural shampoo or into the shampoo dispenser used to dilute it. 

Oral hygiene: making short gargles by pouring oil 31 into water helps to sanitize the oral cavity, perfuming the breath.

It should be remembered that oil 31 is a concentrated solution, therefore it should be used in moderation, initially using a few drops.
