Sticky Glue pigment primer – Neve Cosmetics

The primer designed specifically for powder makeup: it enhances the yield and adhesion of pigments, making them very vibrant!
Perfect for makeup artists and anyone who wants to maximize the effect and durability of powder eyeshadows.

Characteristics:

Application:

Spread a thin layer of product on the eyelid and then apply your powder eyeshadow by tapping it gently to incorporate the pigments into the Sticky Glue layer until you obtain a full, intense color that is dry to the touch. If necessary, blend the outer edges with a soft brush.
You can also take a small amount of product on a palette and mix it directly with the pigments to get a cream eyeshadow.
Sticky Colla can be used both with a brush and with your fingers.

How to use:

Always apply very little (!) and blend it well.
Always pick up the powder colors with a dry brush to preserve them at their best.
Sticky Colla also works superimposed on other products for the base such as foundation and concealer. The important thing for an optimal hold is to always apply them before Sticky Colla and never after.
Sticky Colla can also be used on the lips, alone or combined with lipsafe pigments, to create scenic effects.
