Wake up
Sit cross-legged with your spine erect and keep your forearms parallel to the floor. Clench your hands into fists and extend your thumbs up. Tighten your arms from shoulders to thumb tips. Shake the whole body vigorously for 3 minutes. The breath will flow automatically. Bring your focus to the tip of your nose.
Preparation:
Pour 250ml of boiling water over the filter. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
