Description
La Triphala è un'antica ricetta della medicina ayurvedica, composta da amalaki, haritaki e bibhitaki. È una miscela di polveri con spiccate proprietà fortificanti, nutrienti e anticaduta. Nella tradizione ayurvedica è usata anche per prevenire incanutimento e ingrigimento precoce. L’alta percentuale di principi antiossidanti aiuta a mantenere i capelli sani e forti.
How to use:
ON THE HAIR: Miscelare la polvere con acqua calda fino ad ottenere una pastella non troppo densa. Per 100 g aggiungere 170 ml di acqua. Applicare generosamente su cuoio capelluto e lunghezze leggermente inumiditi e detersi. Massaggiare e fasciare con pellicola alimentare. Lasciare in posa circa 30 minuti. Risciacquare e procedere con la normale asciugatura.
ON THE FACE: Mix a spoonful of powder with hot water, until you get a not too thick batter. Apply to cleansed face avoiding the eye contour area. Leave on for 10/15 minutes and rinse.
*on particularly porous, very light or recently bleached hair, it can in some sporadic cases darken the starting nuance by half a tone.
