Power Plus pillow - Hot/cold treatment - Phytomesis - Latte & Luna

Handmade cushion with padding in 100% Italian cherry stones, suitably sanitized. All the fabrics used are Oeko Tex certified or recovered from textile industry waste.

Effective in hot and cold therapies due to the ability of the hazelnuts to absorb heat and cold and release them very gradually. Optimal in combination with Lavender plus, Mint plus, Arnica plus and Calendula plus phytocosmetics to amplify the action spectrum of the ointments and increase their benefits.

It can be used in all seasons of the year with different beneficial effects depending on the temperature of the pillow.

HOT
Hot thermo-application is adjuvant in the treatment of: 

• joint, neck and muscle pain;
• abdominal, gastric and menstrual spasms and pains;
• flu-related pain;
• headache, earache and stiff neck.

COLD
The cold thermo-application is adjuvant in the treatment of: 

• contractures, bruises, sprains, tears and strains;
• venous circulation and edema;
• redness, itching and insect bites;
• toothache;
• feverish states.

How to use:

HOT: heat the cushion for 5-7 minutes in an oven preheated to 150° and off or in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes at 700 Watt or simply place it on a hot radiator.

COLD: cover the pillow with an envelope to keep it from getting wet, and keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.
