Henné Nero (Indigofera Tinctoria) – Tea Natura

Coloring hair using herbs is a very old tradition, but healthy and safe. Tea Natura'henna is imported from India. The product is part of a fair trade project and is supplied by Naturveda Biotech of Pondicherry, a commercial partner of Tea Natura for many years.

Henna not only colors the hair naturally but provides thickness and volume, strengthening it. The constant use of Henna also sanitizes the scalp, disinfecting it. Furthermore, Hennè makes the hair shiny and fights the problem of dandruff. In Arab countries, the regular use of the #039; Henna is considered, thanks to its natural antiseptic properties, a good habit and respect for oneself.

Many commercially available hennas contain monosodium picramate, a fixative of synthetic origin which makes the application quicker and more effective. Tea Natura is against this harmful ingredient and hence, henna does not contain it.

Method of use:

prepare a paste with 4 tablespoons of Henna powder in hot water in order to obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. E' possible, to obtain a better fixing of the colour, add a teaspoon of salt. Leave the obtained cream to oxidize for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Apply the mixture to the hair and leave it to act for at least one hour. The head must be covered by a cap and heated with a hair dryer. The longer the exposure time, the better the result will be. If applied on brown hair, it will darken slightly, on brown hair it will strengthen the color, covering white hair.
